We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team. As a Real Estate Sales Agent at Al Thiqa International Real Estate, you will play a crucial role in helping clients find their ideal properties and achieve their real estate goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
  2. Property Listings: Present and promote properties to prospective buyers, highlighting their features and benefits.
  3. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends, property values, and competitive listings.
  4. Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable outcomes for all parties.
  5. Documentation: Prepare and manage all necessary documentation and contracts related to property transactions.
  6. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying or leasing process, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience: Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent or similar role is preferred.
  2. Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  3. Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the real estate market in Qatar and local property regulations.
  4. License: Valid real estate license or certification (Preferred).
  5. Language: Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

  • Proven ability to close sales and meet sales targets.
  • Experience in negotiation and persuasion.

Market Knowledge:

  • Understanding of the local real estate market and property trends.
  • Knowledge of property valuation and market analysis.

  • Skill in building a network of contacts within the real estate industry.
  • Ability to generate leads and referrals through networking.

Negotiation Skills:

  • Expertise in negotiating property prices and contract terms.
  • Ability to handle objections and find mutually beneficial solutions.
