Exciting opportunity for Engineers with an Oil and Gas or Chemical background, to join a Leading Oil and Gas company based within their Middle-East Division. This Innovative Department is driving the development and delivery from the initiation phase and execution phase of World Scale Projects. The Engineer is responsible for developing the technical scope of work for invitation to bid documents, facility design basis, and technical interface basis (e.g., process rates and qualities to other units, utility load, plot requirements). In addition, it is expected to coordinate remote support for additional process specialists as needed to support technology selection and technical basis-setting. Minimum requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred in chemical engineering.
- At least 10 years of experience in Oil and Gas or Chemical Businesses.
- At least five years’ experience in a project management environment.
