Laptop, cellphone50% Medical Aid Contribution of main memberPerformance based bonuses  Duties and Responsibilities: Collaborating with the marketing manager, internal teams, clients, and partners on marketing strategiesAssist with the planning and execution of promotional events and showsAssisting with communication and administrative duties among different internal departmentsUndertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activitiesUpdate spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical, financial, and non-financial informationAssisting with the distribution of company marketing materialsMonitoring all social platforms for trending topics, feedback, and opportunitiesMaintain database of contactsMonitor project related platforms to provide leads to the projects teamMonitor product compliance.  Requirements: 2-3 years in a marketing roleGraphic design skillsExperience in the electro technical environmentBCom Degree (or equivalent)Knowledge of marketing principlesBasic understanding of economicsMust have mid level proficiency in ExcelProficient in MS Office E.g. Word, PowerPoint, and TeamsExceptional level of attention to detailProfessional written and verbal communication skillsProofreading and editing abilities (an exceptional command of grammar)Ability to work effectively within a team and independentlyAbility to think creatively and outside the boxValid drivers license with own vehicle
