As a market leader in its industry, this well-established company is committed to protecting consumers' health worldwide by delivering a wide range of testing and consulting services to the food & nutrition, agrochemicals, pharma, and cosmetics industriesMinimum Requirements:HR related qualification.Minimum 3 - 5 years proven work experience as an HR Administrator or HR OfficerGood understanding of HR functions and best practicesSound understanding of regulation and compliance administration (BCEA, LRA & SDA)Experienced in WSP, EE, BBBEE, payroll submissionsWritten communication skills for correspondence, reports and HR contentResults-focused and deadline-orientedExcellent organizational skills and be able to handle (organising events, teambuilding, year-end parties, community initiatives, year end hampers)Attention to detailAble to handle sensitive information confidentiallyAbove average Excel skills and a strong understanding and interest in data analysis will be advantageousLeadership capabilities to support the region in the absence of a HR managerComfortable to interact with all levels of staff up the MD levelCulture building is importantDuties and Responsibilities:Recruitment: Manage recruitment process by attracting top talent, processes will include assessing applications, interviewing applicants, give selection tests, prepare reports and make recommendations to management on staff appointmentsPersonnel Administration: Maintain and manage the personal records of employees on matters such as wages, leave and training, and prepare associated management reportsTraining and Development: Assess organisational needs and individual training needs together with the Training and Development team, for planning and implementing skills development within the organisationOrganisational Development: Use management information systems to record, maintain, plan and manage the organisation's human resourcesProvide HR advice and information: Management and employees on personnel policies and procedures, including equal opportunity, anti discriminationAdvise Management and Employees on work issues, career development and organise Employee Assistance ProgrammesPerformance Management: Guide management and staff on the optimal application of the performance management process and systemsIndustrial Relations: Manage internal and external disciplinary and rehabilitation processesPlease do not apply using Scanned CVs, no supporting documentation is required at this point, this will be requested later.Kontak Recruitment Disclaimer:Equal opportunity: All backgrounds are welcomed, with no bias.
