Our client in the Electrical industry, based in Brackenfell, Cape Town, is looking for experienced Electrical Foreman with Experience in the Construction field .Key Performance Areas:Site ManagementEnsure the site is in working orderManagement of all project plansLiaise with contracts manager, sub-contractors and main-contractorEnsure timeous tool and material availabilityComplete snagging and de-snaggingTeam ManagementEnsure employee productivityMaintain employee disciplineManage employee timekeepingMotivation of team membersHealth and Safety AssuranceEnsure all staff comply with SHE regulations and specificationEnsure health and safety file is up to dateAttend and report to site-related instances as per SOPQuality AssuranceMaintain the highest quality on all jobsAdministrativeAll administrative functions related to the site managementQualification and Experience:8 years of work experience of which 3 years as a Electrical Foreman on a Construction site.Electrical Trade Test CertificateWireman's license advantageous Job Type: Full-timeExperience:Electrical Foreman: 3 years (Required)License/Certification:Electrical trade test certificate?
