Network administrator or IT system administrator (m/f/d) full-time
The IT department of the Pestalozzi Children's Village provides the server landscape for around 280 PC workstations, printers and a network with WLAN and fiber optic Internet access. We help our employees in all matters relating to IT, user programs and telecommunications systems. We are also responsible for the data security of all IT systems.These are your tasks:
- Administration of the network, including network components and VPN connections
- Ensuring stable and efficient operation of our Microsoft server landscape (Microsoft Datacenter / Server - Cluster, Exchange - Cluster, SharePoint and SQL Server).
- Maintenance and monitoring of user and rights management in AD / Exchange.
- Support of our VoIP telephone system.
- Installation and configuration of PC and IT components.
- Operational support - by phone and remotely.
This is your profile:
- Completed training in IT or a comparable qualification desirable
- Career changers welcome!
- Experience as a system and / or network administrator
- In-depth knowledge of global network infrastructures (switching, routing, VoIP and firewall) and their security layouts
- In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange and virtualization technologies from Microsoft
- Successfully completed further training is desirable.
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working as well as initiative, sense of responsibility and team spirit.
- Class B driving license is an advantage.
