Job Purpose To develop and drive consumer activation plans that deliver exceptional customer experiences to maximize awareness and conversions in the target population. As Senior Brand Manager consumer marketing, you will be responsible for aligning customer segments and leverage service to deliver an exceptional customer experience plan including consumer activation and media planning. Education, Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree, MBA Preferred
- 5+ years’ experience in FMCG or related industry
- Excellent Communication & Stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and delivering disruptive campaigns
- Digital and omnichannel marketing experience is required
- Identify and map consumer journey, data driven consumer personas and develop digital first marketing strategy and activation plans.
- Lead development of patient disease awareness campaigns, rooted in data and insights.
- Work closely with creative, media & production agencies to develop and execute campaigns.
- Champion consumer activation, including influencers, social media, and out-of-home activations.
- Conduct market research for concept testing, message recall and understand consumer behavior and preferences.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics including reach, impressions, engagement and conversions and optimize future execution.
- Liaison with regional and global teams to localize global strategy/operational plans/content.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and ensure strong governance and controls are established.
- Drive performance and ability to act independently through creative thinking, problem solving and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Keep pace with changing digital external environment.
- Make positive contributions to the overall culture of the organization and have high willingness to share back learnings and failures.
