Accounting Analyst (Welcome Fresh Graduate)

Responsibility:

1. To perform Finance & Accounting day-to-day transactions and ensuring delivery quality in terms of accuracy, completeness and timeliness on a daily basis.
2. Book accounting transactions based on Business Groups inputs.
3. Maintain respective functions’ master data.
4. Clearing of open items in accounts.
5. Provide month-end close accounting process transaction support.
6. Execute month-end close steps in accordance with work instructions and month end close checklist.
7. To monitor and process the urgent request before specified deadline.
8. Perform other duties as and when delegated i.e. back-up function, business process improvement initiatives and ad-hoc projects.
9. Resolve Business Groups and Corporate queries on Finance & Accounting issues on timely basis.

1. A degree in Accounting or of relevant disciplines.
2. Fresh graduate/ with 1-2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage.
3. Proficiency in Chinese Mandarin is a plus point but not essential.
4. Willing to be based at Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur (accessible by LRT).
