Job Description

The role of a Human Resource Specialist is to select the most qualified candidates, evaluate their skills and competencies and assigning them to the account which fits them best based on their qualifications & the hiring skill matrix. Location: Maadi and New Cairo Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day recruitment and selection process to meet hiring needs.
  • Conducting face to face interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications.
  • Perform language profiling for job applicants to match the hiring matrices.
  • Evaluate candidates' commitments to ensure they meet the minimum hiring criteria.
  • Update interview scorecards for all applicants.
  • Track hiring updates to assign each candidate as needed, based on the hiring Skill Matrix.
  • Assign and allocate candidates according to their qualifications and the job’s skill matrix.
  • Update the system with interview feedback.
  • Provide candidates with feedback, consultation, and assistance during the recruitment process.
  • Explain offers to candidates, clarify any confusion, and handle objections that arise during signing.
  • Coordinate proper staffing assignments and prioritization if needed.
Work Schedule:
  • Sunday to Thursday
Qualifications:
  • University Graduates only.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English is a must (C1)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Previous experience in a related field or customer service is a plus
Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
