We are looking for a Senior Lead to work with one of the biggest iconic brands. As the senior lead within the market, this role will create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers and oversee all activities related to the sourcing, management, and reporting of all categories identified within the scope of services for LINK. Job Purpose: To oversee, manage and take ownership of the relationship centrally and in key markets, delivering a range of promotional item/gift projects for the clients that showcase best-in-class innovation, creativity, and project delivery. Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
  1. Ensure all transactions are managed to the highest standards, ensuring all work by the team is managed, controlled, checked, and delivered successfully.
  2. Own the commercial performance of the account and ensure that forecasting and financial reporting is submitted accurately and on time.
  3. Ensure customer service is a priority; identify and resolve all issues relating to customers within standard guidelines.
  4. Provide professional presentations to customers.
  5. Based on customer briefs, initiate all product development and source new concepts in collaboration with the Operations team.
  6. Maintain and update the database of local suppliers and manage the relationships.
  7. Liaise with suppliers and demonstrate strong negotiation skills.
  8. Oversee the team to ensure they process all orders and invoices in a timely fashion.
  9. Work with the team to produce accurate customer quotations and ensure quality samples and artwork for proposals.
  10. Manage SLAs and KPIs set, ensuring regular communication regarding order status to all departments for timely delivery of orders.
  11. Participate in industry trade shows to develop and maintain business relationships, improve product knowledge, and identify opportunities to increase volumes, where applicable.
  12. Work with LINK colleagues to ensure all opportunities are shared to drive opportunities and revenue in all markets.
  13. Collaborate closely with the Senior Management team to ensure cohesive communication across all activities as the global outsource strategic partner across marketing items.
Skills Required:
  1. Experience in the promotional goods/print industry.
  2. Experience working with drinks-related companies, preferably on a single source contract basis.
  3. Strong team attitude.
  4. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  5. First-class organizational skills.
  6. Proactive approach to managing projects.
  7. Experience of managing and working as part of a team.
  8. Keen eye for detail and understanding of budgeting and financial reporting.
  9. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a cool outlook.
  10. Personable and professional character that allows building client rapport.
  11. Confidence to instill trust in clients.
  12. Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  13. Excellent problem-solving ability.
  14. Enthusiastic and passionate.
