Job Description
Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a prominent landscaping company in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our client is looking for a Site / Civil / Project Engineer with specialization in Road Infrastructure who will be responsible for preparing and submitting all required project documentation for approval, coordinating with various departments and suppliers, and ensuring the smooth execution of project activities. This role involves monitoring project progress, addressing issues, and maintaining compliance with company policies and safety procedures. The engineer will also supervise assigned personnel and provide technical recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and submit all required project documentation for approval by the Project Manager before submission to clients, suppliers, or other departments.
Liaise, coordinate, and follow up with other departments and suppliers regarding their activities and deliverables.
Engage with client representatives during project execution to ensure timely deliverables and follow-ups.
Monitor project progress, identify shortfalls and critical issues, and report them to the Project Manager.
Interact with project team members daily and other relevant departments as needed.
Follow and implement departmental procedures and the company's Quality/HSEM/ISM procedures.
Frequently interact with the Operations Manager, other Department Managers, and personnel at various levels.
Maintain a healthy and safe environment in the workplace.
Adhere to company policies and regulations.
Provide technical recommendations on procurement and execution of works to the Project Manager and Operations Manager.
Supervise personnel assigned to specific areas of activity.
Accountable to the Project Manager for all project-related activities assigned.
Ensure the Project Team has the proper resources and manpower to provide timely services for all projects.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a relevant field.
Understanding of compliance and quality assurance guidelines and best practices.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to coordinate and follow up with multiple departments and stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
