Junior Legal Secretary - Dubai, UAEOur client, an international law firm, is seeking to recruit a Junior Legal Secretary with around 2 years of experience as a legal secretary to grow into the role. Supporting the common law team, the candidate will be involved with tasks such as Intapp time, filing, bundling, and Interaction.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Audio typing using digital dictation and copy typing of documents and correspondenceReceiving and directing telephone calls in accordance with the firm's policyDiary management, arranging meetings, seminars, and external and internal client lunchesDealing with telephone queries and arranging conference callsTravel arrangementsFormatting documents in line with the firm's house-styling policyCreating PowerPoint presentationsSalary is from AED 15,000 up to AED 18,000.If this sounds like the role for you, please send your CV to rebecca@mena-recruit.com for more details.
