Job Summary:As the Head Waiter, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards of service and customer satisfaction that our client represents. Your responsibilities will include overseeing and coordinating front-of-house operations, leading the waitstaff team, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for guests.Key Responsibilities:1. Guest Service: Provide impeccable service to guests, ensuring their needs are met with courtesy and efficiency. Anticipate and respond to guest preferences and special requests.2. Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate the waitstaff team to maintain a high level of professionalism and service quality. Delegate responsibilities and manage staff schedules effectively.3. Table Management: Maintain an organized and efficient seating arrangement for guests. Ensure timely table turnover without compromising the dining experience.4. Menu Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation, and recommended pairings. Assist guests in making informed menu choices.5. Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns and complaints professionally and promptly, seeking resolution to their satisfaction.6. Upkeep and Presentation: Maintain a clean and organized dining area, overseeing table settings and overall restaurant appearance. Ensure that all service areas are well-stocked with necessary supplies.7. Health and Safety: Adhere to health and safety regulations and ensure the team follows proper sanitation and hygiene protocols.Qualifications: Proven experience as a Head Waiter or in a similar role, preferably within a fine dining concept. Strong knowledge of food and beverage service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Effective leadership abilities and the ability to work well in a team. Professional grooming and presentation. Familiarity with franchise-specific operational procedures and standards.
