The Role: We are seeking an experienced Technical Principal – Bridges & Structures to lead and coordinate project delivery for transport infrastructure projects across South Africa. This is a senior role that involves providing technical guidance, project management, and leadership to ensure successful project execution. With a minimum of 15+ years of experience in major infrastructure projects, you will be responsible for:

1. Ensuring technical standards and client requirements are met.
2. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to maintain quality and timely project deliverables.
3. Overseeing the commercial success of projects.
4. Applying strong project management principles to deliver on time and within scope.

With a track record of achievement in a similar role, you will have gained your experience in an engineering design consultancy and have a passion for building trusted relationships to drive positive change and win new work. Suitable Applicants Will Have/Be:

1. Tertiary qualification in Engineering.
2. Professional Engineer certification (or working towards certification).
3. 15+ years of experience in civil/structural design, with a strong focus on bridge structures.
4. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work in a culturally diverse environment.
