Hiram Haus Neudorf e. V. is a recognized provider of integration assistance and child/youth welfare and is embedded in a socio-ecological farm in Wandlitz, approx. 30 km north of Berlin. We support people with addictions and/or mental illnesses in various forms of residential and inpatient care. We are looking for a creative, solution-oriented specialist in the IT field. Are you used to working independently, but also appreciate working in a motivated team? Are you experienced in dealing with the complex challenges associated with PCs, networks and the Internet? Can you even imagine not only sitting at a desk, but also laying the cables yourself in our yard? Perfect! We are looking for personalities who are committed, motivated and enthusiastic about their job, who can think outside the box and are interested in the special features of an organic farm with social farming.Your tasks will include:
- Installation of computer systems, installation of application software and instruction of employees; server maintenance and administration
- User support and troubleshooting in the network, server and client area
- Planning and implementing IT infrastructure expansion
- Further development of data backup concept
- Market observation with regard to new hardware and software solutions
What we would like to see:
- Completed training or studies in the field of IT
- Confident knowledge of written and spoken German (at least B 2)
- Solution-oriented and creative; highly independent, sense of responsibility
- Hands on mentality
