Your tasks

• Executing and actively shaping the team's tasks: The spectrum ranges from Active Directory and Domain Name Service to NTP, monitoring and logging to load balancers and endpoint security as well as automation via Ansible, Git and Chocolaty or Artifactory.
• Monitoring and controlling IT processes, problem analysis and troubleshooting of medium difficulty in the team's area of responsibility
• Supporting the planning, conceptualization and documentation of IT operating procedures in the area of responsibility
• Processing customer requirements
• Developing and participating in IT security and IT quality assurance measures
• Collaboration in cross-agency projects

We expect

• A successfully completed university education (Bachelor/Diploma/FH) in the field of IT or successful completion of a comparable IT qualification or successful completion of vocational training in the IT field or comparable practical experience in the IT field
• Several years of current professional experience in the IT sector
• Current knowledge of the basic infrastructure of a data center is desirable

• Knowledge of automation, network infrastructure, SAN and data backup and/or current technologies and standards is ideal or desirable
• You think and work holistically and see yourself as a cross-divisional and cross-departmental team player with a high service orientation
