Position Title: Business Analyst - (Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning) Location: Noida / Faridabad / Remote Experience: 6+ Years Skill: BA (Artificial intelligence/ Machine Learning), Any Insurance domain (P&C, Health or Life ) and Fraud detection experience Seek an experienced Business Analyst with a strong Insurance background and hands-on experience in implementing AI/ML-assisted fraud detection and similar use cases to join our team. The successful candidate will be pivotal in our in-house product development and implementation projects, focusing on claims fraud detection through AI/ML. This role involves extensive collaboration with customers, end users, and various internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of innovative solutions.
- Perform formal process mapping, create glossaries, data dictionaries, and specify non-functional requirements related to fraud detection through AI/ML.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for AI/ML-based fraud detection solutions.
- Work closely with data scientists, developers, and other internal teams to design and implement effective fraud detection models.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI/ML models for fraud detection and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate and support system implementations throughout the project lifecycle phases including analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, rollout, and hand-over.
- Produce comprehensive documentation, including business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, use cases, activity and process flow diagrams, user stories, wireframes, mock-ups, and process diagrams.
- Create wireframes and mock-ups to visualize proposed solutions and ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate with testing teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Candidate must have 5-15 years of relevant experience in the Insurance domain.
- Hands-on experience implementing fraud detection for some product or service-based company through AI/ML.
- Proficient in creating use cases, activity and process flow diagrams, user stories, wireframes, and mock-ups.
- Strong capability in producing comprehensive documentation including BRDs, functional specifications, and process diagrams.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- At least 6+ years of experience working in Insurance industry
- Extensive experience and exposure in fraud detection through AI/ML. Understanding of Insurance business domains like claims fraud and similar use cases. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in fraud detection.
- Experience in End to End General claims workflow
- Worked on integration with fraud detection tools
- Worked on requirement gathering, functional documentation and wireframe creations
- Experience in US Insurance
- Experience in UW, Accounting
