Software Engineering Manager

Job Title: Development and DevOps Manager We are seeking a skilled Development and DevOps Manager to lead our team. This role requires proficiency in C# programming and extensive experience in development and DevOps management. You will oversee developers and DevOps engineers, ensuring top standards in security, efficiency, and innovation. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of 10+ software developers and DevOps engineers.
• Manage and prioritise development and DevOps activities, focusing on security, performance, costs, and scalability.
• Ensure best practices in code security, CI/CD, and use of tools like GitHub Issues and Dependabot.
• Keep software packages secure and up-to-date, preventing vulnerabilities.
• Develop technical design mockups and update PRDs.
• Coordinate between support, project management, development, and DevOps teams.
• Provide technical leadership and conduct regular code reviews.
• Implement QA processes to enhance product reliability.
• Automate software updates and versioning processes.
• Maintain database integrity and performance.
• Manage browser store presence and collaborate with marketing.

• 10+ years of experience in C# programming.
• IAM industry experience.
• 5+ years leading development teams.
• Advanced experience with GitHub, security practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven track record in static code analysis and remediation.
• Experience in creating technical mock-ups and maintaining documentation.
• Familiarity with AWS infrastructure and customer deployments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
• Experience in developing QA processes.
• Previous experience with REST API integrations.

• Knowledge of C++ programming.
• Experience with systems like AS400, RACF, Sun Solaris, Top Secret.
