Job Description PHP Software Developer Spectrum IT have partnered for several years with this SME SAAS company. They’ve grown from 20 – 50 employees as demand for their products and services have expanded and they are now looking for a new PHP developer to join their team. They specialise in connecting flexible workspaces across the UK with superfast Wi-Fi and workspace management solutions with over 450 customers nationally and a recent expansion into the EU markets. As a PHP developer you will be responsible for maintain their existing suite of applications aswell as working on new product and feature development across their various SAAS applications. Their series of SaaS products service offices workspace management and infrastructure management needs.

  • Up to £45,000 per annum + Excellent benefits
  • Fully remote working (UK Based only)
  • Small SAAS company providing connectivity to flexible workspaces
Key Skills:
  • Strong experience of PHP development
  • Ideally Raw PHP without a framework
  • 1+ years commercial experience in software engineering
  • Experience working on a SAAS application
  • Must be comfortable developing applications without Laravel, Angular, Zend
  • Must be comfortable writing SQL queries without the use of an ORM
  • Comfortable being full-stack and working with FE tech also; JavaScript, HTML, CSS
Beneficial Skills:
  • A background in infrastructure or infrastructure management ideally Linux
  • A degree in software engineering or computer science
