Job Title: Chief Accountant

About the Role: Talent Pal is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our Finance Operations team, you will be responsible for managing the accounting processes at our hotel, ensuring 100% compliance with all relevant laws, accounting standards, and company policies. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, and provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including financial reporting and tax requirements.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective financial management.
• Provide financial guidance and support to other departments, including sales, marketing, and operations.
• Collaborate with the Finance Operations Manager to develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

Requirements:

• University degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax laws.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and record-keeping.
