SRI is seeking committed and passionate professionals to provide critical ECRC Family Readiness Coordination Services to the Navy’s Fleet and Family Support Programs (FFSPs) designed to maximize the well-being of active duty, retirees, civilians (OCONUS) and their families. Overall Contract Overview Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) requires comprehensive services, programs, personnel and administrative support for Fleet and Family Support Programs (FFSPs) located throughout CONUS and OCONUS. The overall goal is to implement and evaluate established services and programs designed to maximize the well-being of active duty, retirees, civilians (OCONUS) and their families. We are required to develop concepts, structures, processes, procedures, and practices for meeting these objectives. The purpose of this contract is twofold: one, to provide global staffing to augment existing FFSP and personnel; and two, to provide FFSP with webinar hosting, production and facilitation services through a learning management system. The primary mission of each FFSP is to assist commands in achieving operational readiness, superior performance, member retention, and a reasonable quality of life for military personnel and their families. Commands and FFSPs share the common goals of keeping individuals and families resilient and strong, preventing individual and family dysfunction, facilitating personal and family self-sufficiency, and creating overall command and community well-being. Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Education Services Facilitator to join our team, providing high-quality non-clinical education, training, and support services to military personnel, families, and communities. As an Education Services Facilitator, you will develop and deliver workshops, seminars, and training sessions on various topics, including deployment and mobilization support, life skills education, family advocacy, and emergency preparedness. Your role will involve interpreting program evaluations and feedback to enhance the effectiveness of educational programs, while also utilizing advanced presentation technologies. Tasks and Responsibilities The Education Services Facilitator will design, develop, and deliver group programs and educational services tailored to the unique needs of military personnel and their families. These services include deployment readiness, family support, relocation assistance, and financial management. You will facilitate public speaking events and group presentations, ensure the use of appropriate educational technologies, and engage in continuous improvement by reviewing needs assessment data and program evaluations. Your work will directly impact the well-being and readiness of Navy service members and their families. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars on topics such as deployment, repatriation, relocation, family advocacy, and personal financial management.
  • Interpret program evaluations, needs assessments, and feedback to continuously improve educational offerings.
  • Facilitate group programs for military personnel and families, targeting at-risk groups such as first-term service members, socially isolated families, single parents, and special needs families.
  • Provide pre- and post-deployment briefings, ensuring that materials are tailored to the needs of each command.
  • Conduct public awareness campaigns and prevention education in support of Family Advocacy Program (FAP) initiatives, such as National Child Abuse Prevention and National Domestic Violence Awareness months.
  • Serve as the designated point of contact for individual service members or families in need of case management services.
  • Train staff and colleagues in effective presentation and facilitation techniques.
  • Ensure all program data and services are properly documented and tracked in the FFSMIS system.

Required Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in adult education, social science, behavioral science, or a related field, or a combination of equivalent experience and education.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in training development, public speaking, and group presentation.
  • Proficiency in interpreting data from program evaluations and needs assessments to enhance educational delivery.
  • Experience using presentation technology to deliver engaging, interactive programs.
  • Prior experience working in a military or educational setting is highly desirable.
