Sales Representative(Medical devices)

The Sales Representatives are a key link between the pharmaceutical department and medical and healthcare professionals/markets. They will work strategically to increase sales and awareness of the product knowledge and use of the company's pharmaceutical and medical products in settings such as general practices, primary care trusts, medical care clinics, and hospitals. Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
• Cover all target customers and market segments related to the company product portfolio.
• Follow up on end-user feedback concerning the company products.
• Monitor stock liquidation at customer stores.
• Follow up on company inquiries submitted to customers, in coordination with the Sales Manager or Sales & Key Accounts Manager.
• Keep detailed records of all contacts, which may involve database management.
• Regularly attend company meetings, technical data presentations, and briefings.
• Monitor competitor activity and competitors' product services.
• Spend much of their time traveling to and visiting with prospective customers.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a sales representative, ideally in pharmaceutical sales or medical devices.
• Bilingual - English/Arabic (spoken and written).
• Kuwait driving license is a must (issued before 2014).
• Transferable residency article 18.
