Internal Portfolio Management

The ideal candidate will be responsible for analysing Fixed Income investments for the IPM team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Lead due diligence on potential investments (across GCC Fixed Income). Portfolio management and monitoring.
  2. Day to day oversight of the internal GCC Fixed Income portfolio and money market book, the internal equity portfolio, and key positions across all portfolios.
  3. Manage and maintain relationship with external managers via periodic performance reviews, travel visits, exchange of views, IMA drafting and amendments.
  4. Ensure investments are compliant with policy guidelines.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics or equivalent / Computer Science and Mathematics are considered.
  2. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with CFA.
  3. Proficiency in the use of Bloomberg terminal and MS office functionalities, particularly Excel & Power Point.
  4. Experience using BlackRock Aladdin (preferred).
  5. Ability to program in Python, R is an advantage (preferred).
