The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in artificial intelligence, specifically in the area of Generative AI. This is an onsite role requiring a strong technical background and leadership skills. Responsibilities

1. Lead the design, development, and deployment of Generative AI models and systems.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products and services.
3. Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from conception to deployment and maintenance.
4. Develop and implement scalable and efficient AI algorithms and models.
5. Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical leadership and expertise.
6. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
7. Ensure the quality and performance of AI solutions through rigorous testing and evaluation.
8. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AI-related issues.

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
2. 7 to 10+ years of experience in AI and machine learning, with a focus on Generative AI.
3. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
4. Strong understanding of deep learning techniques, neural networks, and natural language processing.
5. Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization.
6. Proven track record of leading AI projects and delivering successful AI solutions.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
8. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
9. Prior experience in mentoring and leading engineering teams is preferred.
