Business Development Officer - Islamic Banking
Job details
The position will be responsible for selling the Islamic banking products of the bank to clients, introducing new relationships/accounts, and ensuring a long-term sustainable relationship.
This position reports to the Branch Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
To achieve Business Development targets.
To maintain stakeholder relationships with cross-functional departments.
To maintain client relationships and portfolios.
To ensure compliance with KYC at account opening and maintenance.
To leverage market intelligence for enhancing product portfolios.
Skills:
Awareness of regulatory regulations & AML/KYC guidelines.
Knowledge of practices, regulations, and methods of banking.
Knowledge of general banking operations, especially account opening operations.
Proficient in MS Office.
