Be What's Next with us.TheManager Admin Services & Securityis responsible for managing, developing, implementing and evaluating a companywide security and risk management program to ensure the security of facility, employees, visitors, and assets for the plant. Strengthen relationships with civic, law enforcing agencies, internal & external stakeholders, and build relations with the media circle. Implement Administration strategy to meet Corporate objectives.Core Responsibilities:Corporate Security:Evaluate current security situation and improve controls to ensure robust security for employees, visitors, and assets at Rakh Canal & Cornwala Plants.Stakeholder Management:Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to preempt security concerns and manage crisis situations effectively.Risk Identification:Identify risks and analyze data from both external and internal sources to advise management on risk mitigation plans. Lead investigations of security breaches and coordinate with the Legal team. Ensure maintenance of all security-related equipment.Technology Upgrade:Oversee major security-related projects and physical security technologies including access systems, alarm systems, and video surveillance systems (CCTV).Trainings:Develop and implement a security training policy to ensure compliance and provide frequent communications to management regarding security.Organization Effectiveness:Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending administrative policies and procedures. Seek to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of core admin processes and security measures. Execute CSR activities to enhance the company's image in the local community.Administration:Maintain working relationships with various Govt. Departments, Civil Administration, and statutory bodies for compliance with applicable laws. Monitor security functions and oversee administration and facilities management at the plant.Engagement:Work with the Plant Management team to develop and implement action plans and support the Leadership Team in embedding the Company's Vision, Mission, and Corporate Policies.Qualified candidates will have:Mandatory requirements:Master's Degree in Public Administration with 12+ years of relevant experience.Proven Admin leadership experience at a manufacturing facility.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Ex-Army/forces personnel with post-retirement relevant manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply.Desirable requirements:Results-driven with the ability to set, prioritize, and enable achievement of goals.Continuous improvement mindset.Ability to interact with all levels of the organization and across multiple functions.Strong project management, presentation, communication, and coaching skills.Able to balance conceptual and hands-on work.Relocation Available:No#J-18808-Ljbffr
