Position Summary:The Junior Lead Generation Specialist supports the sales and marketing teams by identifying and qualifying potential leads. This role involves researching and generating leads, initiating contact with prospects, and helping to build a robust pipeline of potential clients or customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Research:Conduct research to identify potential leads through various channels, including online databases, social media, industry publications, and networking events.

Data Entry:Maintain and update lead information in the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Lead Qualification:Evaluate and qualify leads based on predefined criteria to determine their potential value and readiness for further engagement by the sales team.

Outreach:Initiate contact with leads via email, phone calls, or social media to introduce the company's products or services and gather relevant information.

Lead Nurturing:Follow up with leads to build relationships and provide additional information or resources, keeping them engaged until they are ready for a sales conversation.

Collaboration:Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business strategies and goals.

Reporting:Assist in preparing regular reports on lead generation activities, including metrics such as the number of leads generated, conversion rates, and the effectiveness of different lead sources.

Market Research:Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to better understand the needs and preferences of potential leads.

Qualifications:

Education:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:Some experience in a sales or marketing role is preferred but not required. Internships or relevant coursework can be considered.

Skills:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools is a plus.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles is beneficial.
