The ideal candidate will be an experienced sales person who is comfortable generating sales leads with new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones. This candidate will be able to understand a prospective client's needs and offer an ideal solution. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a positive track record of exceeding outlined goals.The applying candidate will be involved in:Lead Generation - Develop relationships with potential customers/clients. Generate, negotiate, and finalize potential leads.
Relationship Building - Maintain relationships and take regular feedback from existing customers/clients of the Company.
Client Engagement - Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone.
Draft client proposals and contracts.
Product Knowledge - Have a good understanding of the business's products or services and be able to advise clients about them.
Customer Service - Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of service.
Use of different channels of Promotion - Coordinate with the social media team to prepare and finalize Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok promotions.Requirements and Skills:Minimum 2 years of work experience in Sales Department.
Good command over MS Word and MS Outlook.
