As aTeam Lead , your role is to manage the flow of incoming leads, qualify leads during calls, carry out product demos, and manage the team of Customer Support Officers for the ongoing campaign.Responsibilities:Coordinate clients' concerns and adjust services or products to meet clients' needs.Resolve any issues on the clients' site and cooperate with respective departments.Identify new business opportunities by monitoring inbound marketing channels and activities.Maintain existing and build new relationships by providing necessary support and recommendations on new opportunities.Ensure a high-performing customer service system.Monitor performance and analyze reports to derive improvement plans.Education and Experience:Graduation Degree in business, marketing, or any related field.Overall 3-4 years and a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in managing a team of Customer Support Representatives.Strong networking, communication, and analytical skills.High customer orientation and business acumen.Job Type:Full-timePay:Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:Islamabad: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required).Application Question(s):Do you have experience as a Team Lead in a call center/BPO?Education:Bachelor's (Required).Language:English (Required).#J-18808-Ljbffr
