Responsibilities:

Maintain a collaborative and solution-oriented approach when assisting colleagues through clear communication.

Prioritize timely and efficient responses to merchant application inquiries.

Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a seamless experience for all merchants.

Handle sensitive information with the utmost care and confidentiality.

Submit and manage hardware orders and returns.

Efficiently perform duties by utilizing platforms such as Zoho and various payment portals.

Assist the Merchant Processing leadership with other tasks when required.

Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in Technology, Fintech, or Financial Services.

Experience in providing technical support or troubleshooting for software applications.

Demonstrated experience in resolving complex issues.

Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Experience working with payment processors and/or financial institutions.

Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

Ability to provide excellent customer service and address concerns professionally.

Ability to adapt to changes in payment processing regulations and technology.
