Responsibilities

1. Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events.
2. Maintain a decent reputation for the brand and suggest ways for continuous improvement.
3. Develop detailed revenue and budgetary reports on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
4. Evaluate the efficiency of existing staff and offer invaluable insights for their improvement.
