Lead Audit & Compliance

Job Title: Lead – Audit and Compliance Report to the Deputy CFO. Purpose This role is responsible for managing audits and compliance for finance. Effective stakeholder management (internal and external) and continuous improvement of internal compliance and audit preparedness are crucial for this role. Education: Chartered Accountant Experience: 12-15 years Location: Mumbai Reporting Relationship: Deputy CFO Business/Channel/Function: Finance and Accounts Key Responsibilities: Audits and Compliance

• Coordinate and deal with all internal and external financial audits and ensure all audit controls are in place.
• Provide oversight to team members on compliance and deals
• Provide timely support on review of compliance reports to ensure reports are completed on time, and that sufficient and thorough quality checks are done to ensure that reports are of the highest quality levels
• Timely completion of compliance and audit activities
• Zero errors in all compliance and audit reporting
