Job Responsibilities
- Create and maintain project schedules that support and align with project specification and contract duration.
- Prepare the baseline program inline with project schedule and get it approved from client.
- Prepare the works breakdown schedule inline with sequence of works.
- Workout the look ahead program and construction program for monitoring purpose.
- Prepare the labour histogram, s curve and resource loaded program for the baseline program.
- Analyze critical path and constraints to determine effect of changes to schedule and recommend work-around.
- Delay events identification and preparation/review of EOT claims using Time Impact analysis, Window analysis etc.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 years of experience in building construction; landscape construction experience is an added advantage.
- Degree in Civil Engineering.
- UAE Driving License is required.
