Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Development: Develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable Java-based applications and services.
- Code Optimisation: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices in coding standards.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Documentation: Produce well-organized documentation for code, APIs, and development processes.

- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Java development.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Java and J2EE technologies.
- Experience with frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, or similar.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Knowledge of relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
