Job Type: Full-time, starting immediately The Opportunity Hult International Business School, Dubai Campus is looking for an experienced individual with extraordinary attention to detail and the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced, highly pressurized environment. Adaptability and communication skills are a must. In this front-line role, the candidate will provide exceptional support and guidance to new and current students at Hult Dubai campus on the visas process. In this role you will be working closely with the Visa and Compliance team to improve and support all aspects of the UAE visa process. Responsibilities Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Communicate effectively and professionally on behalf of Hult, to both internal and external stakeholders, recognizing the highly confidential nature of the correspondence and documentation and treating it appropriately.
  • Provide ongoing visa support by answering questions in a timely manner to ensure applicants can successfully apply for their visas.
  • Provide support to students who are rotating from another campus for their studies in the UAE. This will also include managing the Rotation Visa Portal, a platform that facilitates the visa application process for rotating students.
  • Coordinate the UAE visa cancellation process, including facilitating informational sessions for students, reviewing submissions and communicating the outcome for students.
  • Ensure incoming students' records are kept up-to-date on Hult’s platforms by regularly reviewing and updating their visa and compliance information, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Hult's policies.
  • Meet weekly targets to ensure students’ progress in the visa application. This includes high volume of calls, emails and Zoom discussions to ensure students submit the required documents and take the necessary steps for their visa applications in a timely manner.
  • Provide help and support to the Visas and Compliance Manager by assisting in visa application processes, ensuring compliance with UAE visa regulations, and managing student communications related to visas and compliance.
  • Work closely with other departments to create a seamless student experience.
  • Participate in orientation and graduation events as requested.
  • Perform special projects as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications, Key Competencies, and Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration or relevant fields.
  • Minimum 2 years customer service/administrative experience.
  • Strong attention to detail – particularly with regards to understanding policy & procedure.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced, high-energy, demanding environment.
  • Fluency in English, with demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel – particularly the data filtering & pivot table functions.
  • Candidate must have the ability to communicate effectively, patiently, and sensitively over the phone, in person, and by e-mail.
  • Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service.
  • Experience in a Higher Education environment
