Assistant Engineer

Maintenance

• Provide technical services to maintain and troubleshoot different computer and electricial systems.
• Perform Preventive and Corrective Maintenance work
• Attend and carry out Fault Finding and Diagnisis of systems breakdowns, both on a mechanical and electricial basis, with a focus on providing high levels of service and respond times.
• Follow Preventive Maintenance work schedules to specified standards and procedures and maintain all relevent written records.
• Maintain records of all breakdowns and repairs based on established ISO standards
• Provide day-day onsite and remote support on Computer Services, Communication Equipment, Networking, Hardware and Software Systems.
• Perform programming and engineering activities at various sites under maintenance, when needed.
• Follow up and close all incidents, issues and request timely.
• Ensure project and maintenance SLA (Service Level Agreement) and customer satisfaction levels are met.
• Assist in root cause analysis identified by team members together with team and Superior.
• Perform maintenance and operational matters as and when assigned by immediate supervisor.

• Diploma in Electricial / Electronics Engineering and Mechatronics.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Possess at least Class 3 manual liciense to operateccompany vehicle for onsite support.
• Knowledge on computer server maintenance, network troubleshoting, basic software troubleshoting
• Knowledge on Firewall, backup solution and Anti-virus solution
• Basic knowledge on computer engineering will be added advantage
