Job Description Housekeeping is the heart of the hotel! As a Room Attendant with Swissotel Makkah, you will have the opportunity to create lasting memories for every Guest, ensuring Guest rooms are comfortable, inviting and clean. What you will be doing:

  1. Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
  2. Clean all assigned guestrooms including: dusting, making beds, soiled linen removal from rooms, and retrieval of clean linen from linen closets, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, inside window cleaning, replenish rooms with supplies
  3. Sign in and out master keys daily
  4. Maintain proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipment
  5. Update and record all cleaned rooms
  6. Return and properly tag all lost and found articles in the Housekeeping Office
  7. Follow departmental policies and procedures and Accor service standards
  8. Report necessary maintenance items
  9. Follow all safety and sanitation policies
Qualifications Qualifications & Additional Information:
  • Tamayyaz Program is for Saudi Nationals Only.
  • Open to candidates with little to no work experience, including fresh graduates and those with up to 6 months of relevant work experience.
  • Basic English skills are a must.
  • Strong passion for the Hospitality Field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Is a team player that contributes to and proactively assists co-workers.
  • Ability to work a flexible roster depending on departmental needs.
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, always remaining calm and courteous.
