Technical Analyst (Stock Market)

Job Summary: We are looking for Technical Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing financial data, market trends, and trading patterns to provide actionable insights and recommendations to traders, investors, and portfolio managers. This role involves using technical analysis tools, charting software, and financial models to predict market movements and inform trading strategies.   Roles & Responsibilities:  · Conduct technical analysis of stocks, indices, and other financial instruments using charting tools and technical indicators. · Monitor and analyze price movements, volume trends, and other market data to identify trading opportunities. · Provide regular reports and updates on market trends, including daily, weekly, and monthly summaries. Utilize various technical analysis tools such as moving averages, RSI, MACD, Bollinger Bands, Fibonacci retracements, and more. Develop and maintain custom indicators and models to enhance trading strategies. · Work closely with traders and portfolio managers to develop and refine trading strategies based on technical analysis. · Back test strategies to assess their effectiveness under different market conditions. · Provide recommendations on entry and exit points, stop-loss levels, and position sizing. · Analyze and quantify market risks using technical analysis methods. · Develop risk management strategies to protect against market volatility and adverse movements. · Monitor and adjust risk exposure in response to changing market conditions. · Stay updated with global financial news, economic indicators, and geopolitical events that could impact the stock market. · Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients or internal stakeholders, summarizing market insights and trading recommendations. · Use charting and trading platforms such as Meta Trader, Trading View, Bloomberg Terminal, or similar.   Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• years of experience as a Technical Analyst in the financial markets, particularly in equities, forex, or commodities.
• Strong understanding of technical analysis principles and trading strategies.
• Proficiency in using technical analysis tools and charting software.
• Knowledge of market microstructure, order flow, and trading systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick, data-driven decisions.
• Relevant certifications such as Chartered Market Technician (CMT) or Certified Financial Technician (CFTe) are preferred.

• Strong proficiency in technical analysis and charting tools.
• Familiarity with trading platforms like Meta Trader, Trading View, Bloomberg Terminal, or similar.
• Experience with data analysis and modelling using tools such as Excel, Python, R, or other relevant software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify patterns and trends quickly.
