Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist - The Carpenter Company Location:  Faridabad Job Type: Full-time Overview: We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at The Carpenter Company As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various digital channels to promote our brand and products. Additionally, this role requires travel to our office/factory for collaborative projects and strategy meetings. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
• Manage and optimize digital campaigns across various platforms including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and email marketing.
• Create compelling and visually appealing content for digital channels including social media, website, and email campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing strategies with overall brand objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign performance and drive innovation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on campaign management, content creation, and social media marketing.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms including Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing software.
• Strong creative and analytical skills with the ability to generate innovative ideas and interpret data to drive results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the furniture or home decor industry.
• Certification in digital marketing or related field.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, InDesign etc.
