We are seeking a skilled and data-driven Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging data-driven insights to optimize our marketing strategies and campaigns, ultimately driving business growth. Responsibilities:

  1. Proficiently use data analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Meta) to collect, analyze, and interpret complex marketing data.
  2. Expertly manipulate and analyze data using advanced tools and techniques to uncover meaningful insights.
  3. Demonstrate strong quantitative and statistical analysis capabilities to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities within the data.
  4. Utilize data visualization techniques and tools to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  5. Apply your understanding of digital marketing concepts and channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) to inform strategic decision-making.
  6. Leverage your hands-on experience with marketing automation and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  7. Translate data-driven insights into actionable marketing strategies and recommendations that drive business impact.
  8. Exhibit critical thinking and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and propose data-driven solutions.
  9. Maintain familiarity with marketing performance measurement and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and report on campaign success.
  10. Communicate findings and recommendations effectively, both in written and verbal forms, to stakeholders at all levels.
  11. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and other teams to align on strategic priorities and execute marketing initiatives.
  12. Demonstrate a customer-centric mindset to understand and address the needs of internal and external clients.
  13. Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies, adapting to changing business requirements and best practices.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field with 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or data analysis.
  2. Proficient in data analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Meta).
  3. Strong quantitative and statistical analysis skills.
  4. Familiarity with data visualization techniques and tools.
  5. Understanding of digital marketing concepts and channels; experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  8. Customer-centric mindset and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  9. Continuous learning mindset and adaptability to changing requirements.
