Client Communication

1. Reply to clients’ queries via email/phone in a timely and orderly fashion.
2. Coordinating with realtors and schools.
3. Make appointments with various schools, hospitals, clubs, etc. for the clients.
4. Monitor, track and report the entire program until closure to the main office and client.
5. Timely follow-up with the clients/vendors on emails/calls.
6. Prepare weekly reports on clients' progress.
7. Maintain internal MIS and Trackers.

Conduct Orientation Program on Field and Home Search

1. Assist clients who want to move to the new city to help understand & settle down in the new city.
2. Help clients find housing through real-estate brokers and source the right property for them.
3. Assist clients in sourcing the right school.
4. Help clients to book a hotel if there is a requirement to stay in a hotel.
5. Coordinate with immigration consultants to complete visa-related services.
6. Ensure client companies are updated at all times with home search & the settling process of employees.
7. Act as a point of escalation and resolution of issues that arise on a case-by-case basis.
8. Serve as a single point of accountability for the day-to-day operations - coordinating with the IOS team and ensuring client satisfaction.

MIS & Documentation

1. Follow up and ensure to update progress details in internal ERP software.
2. Collation of weekly reports.
3. Interact with relevant aligned services (P & M, Car rental, Immigration, or Temp accommodation) as per requirement.
4. Preferably someone from a hospitality background, hotel, travel, real estate, or service industry.

Desired Profile

1. Comfortable with fieldwork for client visits.
2. Pref. – Having prior experience in global mobility or relocation services.
3. Ready to travel in Kuwait City.
