Job details
Manage procurement strategies to ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of wastewater treatment equipment, chemicals, and services. Identify potential suppliers, conduct supplier evaluations, and negotiate contracts to obtain the best value for the organization. Manage the purchasing department, including store and logistics. Collaborate with internal departments, including engineering, production, projects and finance teams, to understand project requirements and develop procurement plans aligned with organizational objectives. Track and maintain inventory, perform month-end reconciliation, monitor the ageing of inventory, and make appropriate recommendations.
