Kindly apply only if you can join immediately.Urgently looking for a civil foreman with minimum 5 Years of UAE experience for immediate joining.Responsibilities:Coordinating daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making changes when necessary due to weather, supply, delivery and personnel.Read project plans, drawings and specifications.Delegating individual responsibilities and projects to labors and sub-contractors.Training, managing and mentoring labors and sub-contractors.Create and manage schedules and monitor attendance of the labors.Providing adequate resources and staffing to meet project schedules, laws, regulations, best practices and safety needs.Emphasizing safe use of tools, machinery and equipment while providing training on safety gear, helmets and procedures.Oversee construction sites and supervise the use of machinery and equipment.Resolving conflicts or miscommunications quickly and amicably.Regularly reporting project status to supervisors, site engineers and other officials.Manage labors to ensure the project is kept on schedule.Requirements:5+ years' experience in construction in UAE.Proven experience as construction foreman.Must have experience in high-rise building.In-depth knowledge of construction procedures and equipment.Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints.Excellent organizational and leadership skills.Ability to communicate and report effectively.Aptitude in math.Problem-solving abilities.Good physical condition and stamina.High school diploma or equivalent.Have a firm understanding of providing survey functions for civil works.Demonstrative knowledge of software programs.Have effective communication skills - written and verbal.Experience using CAD software.Employment visa will be provided.Salary will be 3000+OT+accommodation+transportation.Other benefits as per labor law.Note: Kindly apply only if you can join immediately and if you are inside the UAE with UAE experience.Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question:How many years of UAE experience as civil foreman do you have?
