If you're a creative thinker with a flair for sales and event planning, we want to hear from you!What We're Looking For:Key Responsibilities:Develop and Implement Sales Strategies:Create and execute effective sales plans to meet or exceed targets for outdoor marketing and event services.Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular follow-ups and personalized service.Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their event and marketing objectives.Lead Generation and Prospecting:Proactively seek out and engage with potential clients through networking, industry events, and other lead generation activities.Qualify leads and converts them into viable sales opportunities.Sales Presentations and Proposals:Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.Articulate the value proposition of your company's outdoor event services and marketing solutions effectively.Market Research and Analysis:Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.Analyze market data to adjust strategies and enhance sales effectiveness.Contract Negotiation and Closing:Close sales deals efficiently and professionally, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.Project Coordination:Work closely with the internal team to ensure the successful delivery and execution of events and marketing campaigns.Act as a liaison between clients and the company to address any issues and ensure client satisfaction.Sales Reporting and Forecasting:Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting performance and areas for improvement.Customer Feedback and Improvement:Gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas for service improvement.Implement changes based on feedback to enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.Event and Marketing Industry Knowledge:Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in outdoor sales, marketing, and event management.Utilize industry knowledge to offer innovative solutions and insights to clients.How to Apply:Interested candidates should send their resume and a brief cover letter outlining their experience and why they're a great fit for our team to:
