Learn more at: Role Summary: Brand within Dentsu Internationa l: Dentsu Creative Job Title : Innovation Lead (Creative Technologist) Location : Udyog Vihar, Phase-5, Gurugram Experience : 3 to 5 years of experience in a relevant field with a background in copywriting, along with a proven track record of driving innovation and leading cross-functional teams. Experience in creative or digital marketing agencies, as well as mainstream advertising agencies, is highly preferred. (Please note that experience in Art, Social Media, or Video Production is not relevant for this role) . Job Purpose: We are seeking a forward-thinking Innovation Lead to spearhead cutting-edge projects that blend creativity and technology. This role is at the forefront of our Innovation & Technology team, focusing on the development and integration of technologies like Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), Mixed Reality (MR), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Embedded Systems . The ideal candidate is a visionary with a passion for exploring new technologies and transforming them into innovative solutions. Key Accountabilities
- Project Leadership: Lead innovative projects from concept to execution, ensuring the integration of cutting-edge technology and creative ideas.
- Ideation & Brainstorming: Generate unique and compelling ideas that leverage the latest technologies, pushing the boundaries of traditional advertising.
- Technology Utilization: Utilize new technologies such as AR, VR, MR, AI, ML, and embedded systems to develop groundbreaking campaigns and experiences.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, design, and technical teams to bring visionary campaigns to life, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
- Presentations & Proposals: Develop compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate innovative ideas and concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Trend Exploration: Stay updated on the latest technology trends and industry developments, continuously exploring new ways to incorporate them into our projects.
- Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their needs and objectives, translating them into innovative solutions that exceed expectations.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in an innovation-focused role with a background in digital copywriting, preferably within a creative or digital marketing agency, mainstream advertising agency, company, or a similar environment.
- Technology Savvy: Strong understanding and practical experience with technologies such as AR, VR, MR, AI, ML, and embedded systems.
- Creativity: Demonstrated ability to generate imaginative and unique concepts that push the boundaries of traditional advertising.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate and present ideas effectively.
- Passion for Innovation: A genuine passion for exploring new technologies and finding innovative ways to integrate them into creative projects.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, Advertising, or a related discipline. A Master’s degree is a plus.
