Job Responsiblities: L2: • The role of Level 2 resource is to validate Change Request Form raised by L1 and perform major configuration level changes/ DR Drills etc. validated by Team Lead/ OEM support in addition monitoring and performing incident management with respect to NGFW solution. • The role of L2 for End Point Protection and Email Security is to perform dashboard monitoring and risk analysis, submit daily risk profile reports, change management, incident management etc. Relevant Experience: The L2 engineer should be engineering graduate in Computer or allied subjects related to Information and communication technology along with mid-level or advanced level certification from respective OEMs and/or database management. L2 Engineer should have at least 5 years of experience out which at least 2 years in various technology tracks in ‘Similar projects
