We cater to Films, Streaming, Advertising, and Broadcasting ecosystems, and we are on a mission to expand our SaaS platform’s reach and impact. Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Go-to-Market (GTM) Manager to join our team and lead the 0 to 1 journey of our VisualDub SaaS platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a GTM role within a B2B SaaS startup, with a deep understanding of identifying the right Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), strategizing effective outreach, and driving user onboarding and engagement. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify ICP and Target Users:
- Conduct market research to identify the right ICP for VisualDub SaaS.
- Develop user personas and segmentation strategies to target relevant audiences.
- Strategy Development and Execution:
- Create and implement GTM strategies to reach potential customers.
- Develop marketing campaigns to generate awareness and interest in VisualDub SaaS.
- Design and execute user acquisition and onboarding strategies.
- Market Outreach and User Engagement:
- Build and manage relationships with potential customers and partners.
- Develop and implement strategies to engage and retain users.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach efforts.
- Marketing and Promotion:
- Lead the development of marketing materials and content to support GTM efforts.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns.
- Analyse marketing performance and optimise campaigns for better results.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product and customer success teams to ensure alignment and execution of GTM plans.
- Provide feedback and insights to the product team to drive product enhancements and new features.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3-4 years of experience in a GTM role within a B2B SaaS startup.
- Proven track record of successfully bringing SaaS products to market.
- Strong understanding of market research, user segmentation, and customer personas.
- Experience with digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup environment.
