Key Responsibilities:

- Mentor junior developers and lead by example in all areas of software development.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in the fintech or payments industry is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of front-end and back-end processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and forward-thinking abilities.
