Senior Digital Product Business Analyst (B2B | Remote)

Our client is a cloud-driven SaaS company with a strong international presence primarily in commercial industries. With over 20+ years of experience building their successes in different regions through organic growth, they are currently expanding their Product Development team by strategically increasing their capabilities with multiple new additions in the coming months.

Responsibilities:

• Perform business processes and workflow analysis with strong analytical skills.
• Operate as a B2B product owner and agile practitioner.
• Capture business requirements and demonstrate ability to create effective user cases.
• Develop detailed work plans and oversee project timelines.
• Communicate status updates to business stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business, Information System, Information Technology or other related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Business Analyst with high complexity technical projects.
• Well versed in agile methodologies with a track record of working in a scrum team or as a product owner.
• Proven record of managing digital platform developments and building technical products.
• Candidates with experience working with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence) or Figma will have an advantage.
• Strong capabilities in communicating effectively with stakeholders and across various business functions.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English. Mandarin speaking skills is a must as there will be continuous communication with Mandarin-speaking engineering team mates.
• Self-motivated, attention to details and with a collaborative attitude.
