Our client provides international trustee and fiduciary services to high net worth individuals and family offices in the Asia Pacific region. They are now looking to appoint a new role of Associate Director Client Services to support the client services team and drive the execution of agreed action through both legal oversight and active assistance to the Client Services Director. The role:

  • Provision of a full scope of fiduciary services to international clients (i.e. high net worth individuals and family offices)
  • Managing up to 3 people in the team and ensure they are meeting the objectives of the company and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Drafting or arranging the trust and corporate documentation
  • Ensure all business procedures are followed and the conduct of client transactions and the review of client files are of a high standard.
  • Financial management of client relationships
  • Supports and actions strategic planning and objectives
  • Undertake projects and duties as required by the general management and Board of Directors
The Person:
  • Must have experience in a similar role within a trustee company, private bank trust department, or the trust services department of a professional accounting firm.
  • Strong knowledge of trust law and trust administration practices and corporate administration services.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with valued business contacts.
  • Demonstrate a full understanding and appreciation for confidentiality in dealing with client matters.
You will have a professional qualification preferably in accounting, law, finance or trust related programmes such as STEP.
